On receipt of an alert or call from your Monitoring Company advising us of an Alarm Activation, our Base Controller will immediately inform one of our Patrol Car Drivers.
Our patrol car is immediately directed to your Premises, the alarm system deactivated, the premises thoroughly inspected, and the reason for activation ascertained.
If the activation appears innocuous, we contact the client the following working day with full details of the Incident.
However if activation was the result of an intrusion or other emergency, we will contact a member of the client’s management immediately to inform them of events and agree a course of action.
In either event we will handle the problem in the most efficient way and with the minimum of inconvenience to our client.
It is our strict policy, for security reasons, to ensure your Premises’ Keys are colour / number coded and stored in our Central Control.
Keys are removed only when required and returned immediately after use.
As part of the Keyholding Service we would be available to answer “Opening / Closing” requests outside of normal hours or during Holiday periods
